Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you offer trials before the wedding?

A: Yes! We require that all brides complete a trial run prior to wedding day. This ensures that you actually like the final look and feel comfortable in it. It also helps your timeline run smoothly the day of!

Q: When should I schedule my trial?

A: Trials should be scheduled at least 2-3 months before your wedding. This gives us enough time to adjust the look if needed while staying close to your wedding season.

Q: How should I prepare for my trial/wedding day?

A: We kindly ask that you come with clean, fully dry hair and a clean moisturized face. Please avoid using heavy products on your hair or face that day.
**Hair that is wet or greasy will affect how well your style holds and may limit the results we are able to achieve.

Q: Do you offer trials for bridesmaids and moms?

A: Yes! Anyone in the bridal party can schedule a trial if they would like to test their look in advance.
Q: How do I secure my date?

A: A signed contract and a deposit are required to hold your wedding date.

Q: Do you have a minimum/maximum number of people required?

A: We do not require a minimum! However since we are a two person team, for parties of more than 6 people, we kindly ask that you choose either hair or makeup only—as opposed to both. This ensures that we can give each person the time and attention they deserve, while staying on schedule!

Q: How long does hair and makeup take?

A: Hair and makeup take roughly 45 minutes- 1 hour per person. The bride typically takes a little longer to perfect every detail.

A: Small tweaks are absolutely fine, but major changes (like switching from an updo to loose waves) may require extra time.
